Getting your team to work on time, every day, shouldn’t be left to chance. FitzGerald Brothers Transportation designs and operates recurring employee shuttle programs for employers across New York — from manufacturing campuses and corporate offices to fulfillment centers and university communities. Whether you need a single daily commuter run, multi-shift worksite coverage, or last-mile service from a park-and-ride or transit hub, we build a program around your headcount, your hours, and your routes — and we’ve been doing it since 2001.
When major organizations need their people moved reliably, day in and day out, they turn to FitzGerald Brothers. We’ve provided employee and commuter shuttle services for:
From manufacturing and higher education to high-volume logistics, we’ve earned the trust of employers who simply can’t afford a shuttle that doesn’t show up.
Ideal for smaller commuter routes and frequent runs.
A versatile fit for mid-volume routes.
Maximum capacity for high-headcount shift transport.
Q: Do you offer recurring, daily shuttle contracts? A: Yes. Employee shuttles are one of our core services. We set up ongoing programs with fixed routes and schedules, billed and managed for the long term rather than as one-off trips.
Q: Can you cover multiple shifts, including early mornings and overnights? A: Yes. We build coverage around your shift structure, including pre-dawn starts, swing shifts, and overnight runs.
Q: How many employees can you transport, and can you scale up? A: Our fleet ranges from 28-passenger mini-buses to 56-passenger full-size coaches, and we can run multiple vehicles in parallel to cover large workforces or peak demand.
Q: Do you design the routes, or do we? A: Either. Most clients share their stops and timing needs, and we handle the routing and logistics. If you already have a defined route, we’ll run it.
Q: What areas of New York do you serve? A: We operate throughout the Finger Lakes and Central/Western New York — including Ithaca, Geneva, Auburn, Penn Yan, Rochester, Syracuse, and Buffalo — as well as New York City and beyond.
Q: Can you provide accessible shuttle service? A: Yes. ADA-accessible vehicles are available on request — just let us know your needs when setting up your program.
